Kiwi Assetproperty was created by Richard Didsbur and Ros Green, whose vision was to create a Digital currency, property and other investments, vehicle that had robust layers of governance and an investment strategy that focused on sustainable returns.

Based on the highly successful and transparent models of the Australian, Turkey, Poland, Iran, New Zealand, real estate investment trust market, as Kiwi Income Crypto currency and Property Trust in December 1993. We were the first entity of our kind in the world and today remain one of the largest listed diversified property and digital company's in the world. We changed our name to Kiwi assetproperty in December 2014, after we moved from a trust to a company structure.

We remain exclusively focused on investors property, and we are an active asset manager, which means we are hands-on in optimising the performance of all the assets we manage and own on behalf of our investors.

Clive Mackenzie, CEO

Clive is responsible for the leadership, strategic direction and management of the Company. He has been involved in property and finance for 20 years', commencing as Chief Executive Officer in July 2018. Clive was previously Senior Vice President – Development, East Coast for Westfield USA, where he was involved in the creation and implementation of transformational strategies to evolve, strengthen and develop the company’s real estate portfolio in an increasingly competitive marketplace.

Vladimir Hozjan, Ph.D., CTO

Vladimir Aubrey has more than 18 years' of property experience and drives all property-related income, including leasing, space optimisation, advertising/digital and curating the tenancy mix, across existing assets and development projects. He is also responsible for developing and maintaining our tenant customer relationships. Widely experienced across all formats of retail property and mixed uses in both greenfield and urban environments, before joining us he was previously a Founding Director of agency and advisory firm Match Realty.

Martina Golob, CFO

Martina Golob leads the company’s finance, legal and analytics functions, as well as playing a key role in the development and execution of the Company’s strategy. He has more than 20 years' experience in property investment, funds management, capital management and investor relations. He joined the business in 2002 and has held a number of executive positions at the company, including most recently, GM Funds Management and Capital Markets and before that, Chief Operating Officer.
